Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and sometimes plans may change at the last minute. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service. To ensure fairness and consistency, this policy applies equally to all clients. Any outstanding cancellation fee must be paid in full before a future appointment can be scheduled.
